Jeremy was born and bred in Whangarei and has developed a vast knowledge of the building industry in Northland. Jeremy is an accredited Building Surveyor under the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand and began his building consultation career in 2013, following experience in multiple industries and roles including construction, underground mining, business management, and construction project management.
Currently, Jeremy primarily specialises inPre-Purchase Building Inspections and Weathertight reports.

Russell is a LBP Builder and EQC Accredited Specialist in both land and building. With a wealth of knowledge within the building industry from his 20+ years in residential and commercial construction.
He has worked in the insurance industry since 2010 in both the EQC and private sector, specialising in project management, scoping, assessment reporting, estimating and contractor tendering. Russell focuses on delivery, accuracy, integrity and trust to ensure good relationships with all stakeholders.
